Careers at CoinGecko | CoinGecko Careers

Background

During my internship, I took on the task of revamping CoinGecko's careers page, which hadn't seen updates since 2020. It marked the team's first attempt at developing the page using Webflow. As a UI/UX intern, I had the opportunity to create CoinGecko's new careers website on the Webflow platform. I also collaborated with the HR team and one of the co-founders so the careers page could come to live.

The problem

The journey began by exploring CoinGecko's existing careers page, recognizing the need for improvement. Guided by Jakob Nielsen's Usability Heuristics, the mission was clear – to enhance the user experience by addressing usability problems in the UI design.

UX Research

Creating personas helped me see through the eyes of our audience. The Explorer, Cryptocurrency Enthusiast, and Internship Seeker – each had unique goals and pain points. This understanding became the foundation of the redesign, focusing on transparent information and user engagement.
